Ferrucci’s Fantastic Start Lost to Untimely Yellow in Iowa IndyCar 250s Race 2

– Santino Ferrucci had a fantastic start to the Iowa INDYCAR 250s Race 2 only to see it lost to an untimely yellow costing him a possible top-10 finish,
– Ferrucci qualified the No. 18 Team SealMaster-Dale Coyne Vasser-Sullivan Honda 16th on Friday for Saturday’s Race 2.
– On the opening lap he took the outside line and passed eight cars moving him into eighth place.
– Ferrucci made another pass for seventh and got as high as third as other drivers pitted prior to his first pit stop.
– He was running in the low teens and on the move prior to his final pit stop when a yellow came out undoing a strategy that could have put him in the top-10.
– Ferrucci was later accessed a drive through penalty for blocking dropping him to 20th place.
